Baked Cheesy Pasta Tarts


Method

1. Boil pasta till 90% done in salted boiling water

2. In a non-stick pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic to it and saute

3. Add cream and 2 spoons of water to make a thick sauce

4. Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese to the sauce

5. Add the seasoning to the sauce and make sure its of coating consistency

6. Add the pasta to the sauce and toss till coated

7. Lightly butter a tart tray and fill the moulds with cooked pasta

8. Coat with grated mozzarella and parmesan

9. Bake at 180 degrees, till cheese is melty

10. Garnish with olives and serve hot
