Ingredients
Hung curd - 1/2 cup
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 2
Coriander - 2 tsp
Ginger - 1 knot
Onion - 1
White bread - 5 slices
Refined oil - For frying
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt
Pepper
1) In a glass mixing bowl, take the hung curd and to it add the green pea puree, chopped ginger, chilli, onion, coriander, salt and pepper and thoroughly mix them to make a thick filling.
2) Cut the corners off the bread slices and roll them flat using a rolling pin so that they are easily flexible.
3) Place a dollop of the stuffing in the middle of the bread and fold the bread on top of itself making a triangle and seal the edges with drops of water.
4) Deep fry the stuffed bread until golden and crispy, and serve hot with ketchup.
