Ingredients

Chicken - 1 kg litre

Ginger - 20 grams

Garlic - 20 grams

Green Chilli - 3-4

Lemon juice - 1/4th cup

Salt - 2 tsp

Red Chilli powder - 2 Tsp

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

Coriander powder - 1 tsp

Kasoori methi - 1 tsp

Chilli flakes - 1 tsp

Besan 2 cups

Oil for deep fry

chat masala to serve and sprinkle!
