How to make Chocolate Chip and Sea Salt Brownie ?

1) Preheat your oven to 180 degree Celsius. Start by adding melted butter in a large bowl with the brown sugar. Incorporate them using a hand mixer.

2) Crack 2 eggs into the same bowl and beat them into the butter and sugar mixture.

3) To the aerated mixture, add melted chocolate and mix that as well into the batter with a mixer.

4) Add the all-purpose flour to the batter and fold it using a silicone spatula.

5) Finish the batter off with a handful of chocolate chips and fold them in as well.

6) Transfer the batter into a non-stick square baking dish. Sprinkle some sea salt over it and bake it for 20 minutes in a 180 degree oven.

7) Once the brownie comes out, let it rest for 8-10 minutes or till it is completely cool and remove it from the pan and cut into 9 equal pieces


Expert Tips

1) Make sure not to burn the butter while melting it.

2) Whip the eggs thoroughly to make an airy and bubbly batter.

3) Do not oversalt the brownie in the end.
