Eggless Coffee Cake

Once in a while there’s a cake that absolutely impresses all palate! Egg-less, coffee enriched, this delicious treat is a certain winner!

Method

1) Combine Coffee and Water.

2) Sieve the dry ingredients.

3) Beat yoghurt and sugar and add coffee in a bowl, mix well

4) Add oil gradually, while beating continuously.

5) Mix dry ingredients spoon by spoon.

6) Add milk gently and mix.

7) Bake at 160 degrees for 50 mins.
