Method
1) Boil the macaroni till 90% cooked
2) In a saucepan, melt butter and combine with flour
3) Add the milk and make a thick sauce
4) Add the cheese along with the parsley, chilly flakes, onion powder and garlic powder
5) If you do not have onion powder and garlic powder, you can use freshly chopped onion and garlic as well
6) In a bowl, add the olive oil, maple syrup and soy sauce., salt and pepper
7) Add the florets of broccoli, sliced onions and mushrooms to it
8) Heat a grill pan and grill the vegetables till almost cooked through
9) Add the grilled vegetables to the sauce and give it a toss
10) Garnish with basil leaves and olive oil
