Ingredients
Dates - 1 Cup
Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Almonds - 1/2 Cup
1. In a milk pan, start with seedless dates. Add in half cup of water and let it reduce.
2. Add in the sugar and cinnamon powder and simmer for 20 minutes while removing the scum.
3. Once it is reduced to a sticky syrup, add in the sliced almonds.
4. Cool the chutney and store up to a month.
