Chase the flavors

Ingredients
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds
Green chilli - 1
Salt - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 knot
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Chopped Onion - 1
Tomato puree - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida (Hing) - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Crushed coriander - 1 tbsp
Boiled potato cubes - 3-4
Chopped tomato - 1
Chopped coriander - handful
Method
1) Boil the potatoes with skin, peel them and then cut into cubes
2) In a saute pan heat ghee and add the cumin seeds
3) When the cumin seeds start popping add the asafoetida, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and slit green chilies
4) Add the coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to the pan and toss
5) Add the bhuna masala and combine all the spices
6) Add the potatoes and toss
7) Garnish with crushed coriander seeds and fresh chopped coriander leaves
