Chase the flavors

Ingredients
Refined Flour - 1.75 cup
Caster Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - To taste
Olive Oil - 1/8 cup
Warm Water - 3/4 cup
Yeast - 1 tbsp (1 packet)
Sliced Olives - For garnish
Peri Peri Spice - For garnish
Chopped Garlic - For garnish
Sea Salt - For garnish
Method
1. In a bowl take the flour and add in caster sugar, salt, olive oil, water and yeast and make a soft (non sticky) dough. Let the dough rise for 45 mins.
2. Transfer the dough to a spring form pan and flatten it using your fingers.
3. Top the dough with sliced olives, peri peri spice, chopped garlic and sea salt. Let the dough rise again for another 30 mins.
4. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
5. Slice and serve with butter.
