Ingredients
Butter - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Mushroom - 2 tbsp
Green beans - 1 tbsp
Carrot - 1/2
Bell peppers - 2
Papad
Meat Masala - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Boiled potato - 2
Cornflour - 1/2 cup
Method
1) Melt the butter in a pan and add ginger and green chilli
2) Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan and saute
3) Add the masalas and seasoning to the vegetables
4) Mash the boiled potatoes and add to the vegetables
5) Add the cornflour to the mixture for binding
6) Make small croquettes/cutlet shapes, dip in corn flour batter and coat in broken roasted papad
7) Bake in the oven till crispy at 180 degrees
8) Serve with choice of dip
