Ingredients
Flour - 2.5 cups
Castor Sugar - 1.5 cups
Baking Soda - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 Tbsp
Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 1.5 Cups
Butter milk - 1 Tbsp
Eggs - 2 Eggs
Super Red Gel Colour - 2 Tbsp
Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
Vanilla Extract - 1 Tbsp
Method
1) Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder.
2) In a separate bowl, beat together silt buttermilk, eggs, food colouring, vinegar and vanilla.
3) Add the dry mixture spoon by spoon to the egg mixture until it gets smooth.
4) Bake for 20 - 22 mins at 180 degrees.
