Ingredients
Soaked sabudana - 2 cup
Chopped chilli - 2
Chopped ginger - 1 knot
Boiled potato - 2 (small)
Crushed peanuts - 3/4 cup
Chopped coriander - Handful
Sendha namak - 1 tbsp
Oil - For frying
Method
1) In a mixing bowl take the soaked sabudana (6 hours) , to that add in chopped ginger and chilli.
2) Add in mashed boiled potato, crushed peanuts, chopped coriander and sendha namak and make the cada mixture.
3) Shape into small patties and heat oil for deep frying in a kadai or a skillet.
4) Deep fry the vadas till golden and crispy.
5) Serve hot!
