Ingredients
Safe til - 1.5 cup
Desi ghee - 2 tbsp
Gur - 3/4 cup
Mixed nuts - Handful
Method
1) Roast the til seeds in a pan over low heat for 3-4 minutes till they get slightly brown and toasty and fragrant.
2) In a pan, heat the desi ghee and add the organic jaggery (gur) to the pan along with 2 tbsp of water.
3) Once all the jaggery melts, add in the roasted til seeds and chuck in the handful of nuts.
4) Mix everything till you end up with a slightly sticky mixture.
5) Wet your palms and shade the mixture into ladoo shapes while the mixture is still warm.
6) Store upto a month.
