Vegetable Pan Fried Noodles

Ingredients


Oil - 2 tbsp

Boiled noodles - 1 packet

Chopped garlic - 4 cloves

Chopped ginger - 1 knot

Green chillies - 2

Onion - 1

Bell peppers - 1 each

Light soy sauce - 1 tbsp

Chilli garlic sauce - 1 tbsp

Salt - To taste

Pepper - 1 tsp

Honey - 1 tsp

Cornflour - 1 tbsp

Method


1) In a non stick pan, heat some oil and add in the boiled noodles, making them flat and let them fry till they become crispy and become like a cake. Flip and do the same on both the sides

2) Remove and keep it aside on a plate

3) In a stir fry pan , heat some oil and add in chopped ginger, chopped garlic and green chillies

4) Once the garlic is golden brown add in he onion and bell peppers along with some water

5) Add in light soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce and salt and pepper

6) Add in honey at the end and immediately add in the corn flour dissolved in water and cook till the sauce becomes thick

7) Pour over the fried noodles and garnish with chopped spring onions
