Yellow Thai Curry Paneer Tikka

A quick vegetarian recipe that will take your party snack game to another level. This snack will surely leave your guests asking for more.

Method

1) In a blender, make a marination by blending the Thai curry, ginger, garlic, basil, honey, chilli, refined oil and soy sauce.

2) Add in the besan and the chopped lemongrass and blend them again till smooth.

3) There is already a lot of salt in the curry paste and soy sauce, so no additional salt is required.

4) Empty out the marination in a bowl and add in the cubed cottage cheese and the bell peppers.

5) Arrange the cheese and peppers on a skewer and grill them on a MEYER Safecook grill pan.

6) The tikkis will get a brownish coating on the outside as the besan cooks.

7) Once there's an even coating on the outside, take it off the heat and serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
