The Keratinous Pizza

While I was still studying in college my first job was at a pizza joint. One of my co-workers was called Amit. An interesting person with an unusual personality. Let us say it's difficult not to notice him. He was bit hirsute and sweaty, with an unpleasant odour that accompanied him all around. It's no more a secret that college life means to make ends meet on a shoe-string budget. A veracity that's undeniable. I am still a student in my final year of college and managing the same circumstances. Going along the same lines during my entire period of college-hood; I had always tried to save my resources as much as possible and sustain. A Fishy Situation!

Passing out from one of the finest Hotel Management Schools in Chennai, I had no doubt in my service and operation skills. But, sometimes its only time and circumstances that decide the bar of your skillsets. I was newly appointed as a waiter at this five-star facility. Its been 4-5 months working and it did not take much time to realise how demanding my job can be. I was appointed to work on weekends for preparation and serving the Sunday Brunch Buffet at the hotel. Spilling The Beans.. or well, Mustard!
